The first "Hack your Neighbour" event is about Network Scanning and Monitoring.

Spend an evening to get a basic introduction to methods and tools for network scanning and monitoring. There will be plenty of opportunities to test out the techniques in a virtual cyber training platform developed by the support of the Danish Industrial Foundation. All you have to bring is a laptop (all exercises run in a browser and require no special software). You will also learn about the legal aspects. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion, and the event targets both beginners and those with experience in penetration testing tools who wants to know more about how the tools work and the theory behind.
The event is from 18:00 to 21:00 and IDA Connect offers a sandwich during the event.
