Get a job through internship and subsidized wage - Part I & II

If you are on the lookout for a job and are receiving unemployment benefit funding (dagpenge) our research shows that it is a great strategy to get an internship (virksomhedspraktik) or subsidized wage (løntilskud) as a gateway to your next job.

Both will add so many important things to your skillset: Experience, new network, new skills – and maybe a job in the same company or a better chance at a job in another.

Part I. December 7th at 1-2pm: In this webinar we go through the legislation and the practical details on the formalities regarding internships and wage with subsidy. You will learn how companies feel about getting to know potential employees through the government subsidized solutions, and how to maximize your chances of coming out of the schemes with a job. There will be time for questions during the session.

Part II. December 8th at 12-2 pm: Here you will learn how to actually get an internship or wage with subsidy. How to approach companies and how to gain information from your network that will introduce you to the companies in order to procure an internship or period of wage with subsidy. 

There will be time for questions and no questions are wrong or too basic. It is a good idea if you have attended IDAs  online seminar “How to make a great CV” or to have gotten feedback on your CV from IDA’s career counselors, before attending.
