From Risk to Resilience: Successfully Delivering Complex Projects

From Risk to Resilience: Successfully Delivering Complex Projects
IDA supports the UN's world goals

IDA wants to make visible the link to the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This event covers, among other things, the above development goals. Read more about the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

Join us for a day of learning, practical workshops and networking with other risk management professionals. Speakers from Femern, Novo Nordisk, Bygningsstyrelsen, DTU, AAU, and Implement will share the latest project risk management insights.

Projects, both small and large, face significant risks from both internal as well as external factors: Climate change, large-scale wars at the doorstep of the EU, the AI disruption and volatile prices are just some of the factors that characterize our "multi crisis environment" today.

While we may all hope for more stability and more resources, the reality is that our project success depends on how well we reduce the risks that we can control, and how well we build resilience towards the risks that remain.

We will be joined by 15 senior risk managers from the Netherlands for an inspiring day of best practice presentations, workshops to apply new ideas to our own challenges, and opportunities to network with new and old friends and colleagues.

We will explore how factors for risk and reslience on the individual, organizational and regulatory level come together to create - or prevent - world-class risk management.

The event is offered with generous support of the University of Twente's Executive Risk Management Program.
