From Feedback To Feedforward

From Feedback To Feedforward
Learn how to handle difficult conversations and ways of communicating better at all times, and get the confidence to actively engage in feedback.

This 3 hours' online workshop will be dedicated to spending a few hours together exploring and practicing ways to give, receive and ask for feedback.

This is an experiential and interactive workshop where the objectives are new behavior and new ways of interacting so that you can enjoy better relations at work or elsewhere. Difficult conversations are hard sometimes, and not all of us are excited about having them.

Being equipped with some tools on how to handle these difficult conversations and ways of communicating better at all times will give all the participants the confidence to actively engage in feedback.

The ultimate goal of this workshop is to create a mindset where there are no “difficult” conversations, but simply on-going, non-judgmental ones. Conversations in which everyone feels they are heard and their voice matters. We want you to walk away with the confidence to provide the people around you with valuable input that will help them and yourself grow as individuals.

My colleagues from The BigC and I have created our own feedback model which encompasses clear tools on the “what” and “how” to give, receive and ask for feedback.
