You got your degree and you’ve started your first job. That is two quite big events in your professional life. And then what? Was that is? During this event you will get introduced to the different career paths to take – specialist, manager, project manager and more – it could be in the company you already work in or it could be in another company. You will get some tools on how to figure out which path suit you better as your next step - based on your strengths and skills. A career is not a linear path. It’s more like a metro map, with several lines and different ways to get around. We will give you some concrete advise so you are able to decide when its time for you to stay, move or shift lanes.
The seminar will be facilitated by two of IDAs career advisers, and it will be a mixture of theory, tools. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions within the scope of the workshop in this workshop.
