Training will be hosted by public speaking and communication trainer Irina Suvorova who has 11 years old experience in B2B sales in multicultural environment
We will learn about:
- Manipulation types, how to recognize it
- How to work with manipulations (psychological aikido and other tricks)
- Reasons for conflicts
- Communication exercises
- How to prepare for conflict
- How to speak: argumentation techniques
- How to listen to your opponent.
There will be a dinner break with sandwiches and some drinks.
