Jørgen Bek Weiss Hansen is a lawyer and partner in the law firm Lassen Ricard. His expertise lies within financing, transactions, corporate law, intellectual property law, lawsuits and contract law.
Jørgen has extensive experience assisting technology-based and high-growth companies in all of the mentioned topics. He is also a part-time lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Copenhagen, where he has multiple years of experience teaching the courses The Entrepreneur’s Legal Challenges, Company Law and Capital Market, and Artificial Intelligence and Legal Disruption.
