It takes an application, that stands out and one that is targeted
the specific job. The challenge is that your application must be concrete and
personal. This require you to spend time on research, because most often the
job post doesn’t give you enough information to work with.
During this
workshop you’ll get concrete tips and knowledge about how to write a good
application and on what information you should be looking for.
The
workshop will be facilitated by career adviser Sanne Mattebjerg, and it will be
a mixture of instructions and exercises based on a case and your own material. There will
also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Sanne will not give
individual feedback on applications.
Please
prepare for the workshop by finding a job you would like to apply for and do
the necessary research beforehand. We recommend this method: Analyse the job add by marking everything you can do with green, things you cannot do with red and things you need to clarify with yellow. Transform the yellow elements into questions and call the company and ask the questions.
Please
bring your computer.
If you have
signed up for the workshop, but are unable to attend, please remember to cancel
so someone else can get your seat. If you don’t attend and haven’t cancelled,
we will charge you with a no-show fee.
There will
be breakfast from 8:45 and coffee and tea during the whole workshop.
The workshop is one out of seven workshops
