Join us for networking and learn how to cook with pumpkin. CPH Cooking Class will guide us and be our host. They are located at Nyhavn.

-Welcome glass of cava, beer or soda
-Whole roast pumpkin with pumpkin seeds, parsley and red pepper sauce
-Brussel-sprout salad with home-made vadouvan curry and apples
-Barley and celeriac sauté with mushrooms and herbs

Approx. schedule:
17.00 Arrival and welcome
17.15 Introduction by our staff to the evening. Divide into groups and head into the kitchen
17.20 – 18.30 Cooking class
18.30 Once all tasks are completed and dinner is ready we invite the group to the dining room for dinner.
19.30 Tea & coffee.
20.00 Enjoy drinks and hygge. Beverages available at an extra cost.
21.00 End.
