Coffee Tasting

Coffee Tasting
Learn to be a real coffee connoisseur and taste great coffee. You will be taught how to perform a cupping and then have the opportunity to test your skills tasting a variaty of different coffees. Can you taste the difference?

Coffee is a drink that many people enjoy. For some it is a weekend indulgence and for others it is a necessity to wake up in the morning.
However you drink your coffee this event is for you!

Coffee beans can be bought in a variety of different price points and have many different characteristics. But no matter what the most important thing is that YOU like it. And sometimes just a little conscious decision on what coffee on put down in your basket could make your coffee moment even more enjoyable.

At the event you will first be given a brief introduction on the important things to know about coffee and beans.
Then you will be taught how to perform a cupping - which is a special way of tasting coffee as to give rise to all the flavours.
And finally you will of course put your skills to the test and taste a lot of good coffee from the standard one from the supermarket to a very fine +400 DKK per kg coffee.

The price points of the coffees will be kept a surprise till the end, so it is all about the taste. Also there will be a prize to the person who is best at guessing the prices of the coffee.
