When we enjoy a really good cup of coffee, it is a result of the three-part craft: the farmer, the roaster and the barista. This lecture gives an insight into the work involved in creating a quality coffee in all three stages. Learn about coffee growing, harvesting, finishing, drying, roasting, brewing and enjoyment, with pictures from our many trips to the coffee-producing countries. Ends with coffee tasting.
