Finding your first job as a graduate can be challenging enough already and a global pandemic has raised many concerns among graduates and students in Denmark. The main question is, what is it like to enter the workforce in the shadow of a crisis? How has the crisis affected the recruitment of internationals? And do the recruitment needs to be changed due to the crisis?

Confederation of Danish Industry has gathered influential business profiles from some of the greatest companies to give their take on how the crisis has affected the workforce and the employment of international students and graduates. Together they will share their experience, opinions, tips and predictions for the future. Furthermore, a representative from the Danish unions will offer an insight into the current situation on the Danish Labor Market and give the viewers advice on how to navigate your job.
