Autumn Conference for privately employed IDA members (Online)

Learn more about your working life and meet Vibeke Lunding-Gregersen and Mikael Kamber

Join in online at the IDA Private Sector Autumn Conference for IDA's privately employed members - two days of inspiring talks.

This year's theme is "The good work life: Well-being, job satisfaction and relationships. You will get new perspectives on your work life from occupational psychologist Vibeke Lunding-Gregersen and TV host and lecturer, Mikael Kamber.

Friday 29 September Vibeke Lunding-Gregersen (Occupational psychologist, CEO of Mindwork and top expert in the psychological work environment) takes the stage and takes you on an exciting journey into the human brain and how it is affected in a working life where the pace is fast and the demands are great. The lecture is based on the book "The brain is working overtime  – That's why compassion is our way to a sustainable working life" and unfolds how to give your brain the best working conditions with a focus on well-being and performance.

Saturday 30 September, Mikael Kamber (News presenter on TV2 and recognized speaker on job satisfaction, leadership and positive psychology) will give a motivational lecture on how to ensure happiness and well-being in your work life. Mikael Kamber has worked with positive psychology for more than 10 years and draws on his many years of experience as a communicator and leader in the media industry. The lecture gives you inspiration and concrete methods to navigate between the negative and the positive in everyday life with new angles on how well-being and joy of life arise.
