Kom med til en informativ og særdeles underholdende aften med fokus på, hvordan man kan smage vin. Aftenen er specielt rettet mod de, der ikke mestrer alle de flotte vinudtryk!
Janice Wang Aarhus Universitets Institut for Fødevarer, FOOD, vil afholde en Master Class i vinsmagning. Deltagerne vil lære at smage på vin, og få indblik i den videnskabelige og psykologiske baggrund for, hvordan vinen opleves og beskrives, når alle sanser sættes i spil.

Join IDA Aarhus for an informative and entertaining evening on how to taste wine. This evening is particularly for those who have yet to master all the nuances of tasting wine.
Janice Wang from Aarhus University's Institute for Food (FOOD) will host a master class in wine tasting. Participants will learn how to taste wine, and learn more about the scientific and psychological background for experiencing and describing wines when all senses come into play.
