Rethinking teaching formats in labor market education

To maintain an attractive range of adult and continuing education, there is a need
to think about teaching formats in new ways. The session is based on the
project "Green transformation of the entire company - through new teaching
formats in AMU", where new teaching formats are developed with the aim
that the employees from different professional groups (administration,
production, and management) can change practice in the workplace - together.

This is done through a flexibly organized teaching course with a combination of onsite
and online learning activities. Among other things, work is done with online
micromodules, online sessions and practical tasks in the company.

The presentation addresses the challenges and potentials of integrating digital
formats in workplace learning.
