Aalborg Climbing Park with IDA

Are you ready to swing from tree to tree like Tarzan?

Then join us for a fantastic day at the climbing park, where we will test our skills with exciting and challenging obstacles at height.
You'll have the opportunity to climb, balance, jump, zip-line, and much more on the various courses suitable for all ages and skill levels. You can also enjoy the beautiful nature and fresh air while having fun with your friends.

It will be a day you won't soon forget!

So, what exactly is a climbing course?
"A climbing course is a long series of steel wires stretched between treetops with activities/obstacles in between each treetop. The activities include ladders, stumps, ropes, nets, balance beams, slides, monkey bars, trapezes, and much, much more – not least many long, fun zip-lines! On each tree in the course, there is a platform leading to the next activity." - Aalborg Climbing Park.

Practical information:

The ticket includes park admission, instruction, and refreshments (1 soda + sandwich from Fandanko per participant). If you have special dietary needs, please contact me.

Loose items can be placed next to the kiosk at your own risk. If you want to take your mobile phone/keys with you, make sure they can't fall out. For example, you can use a belt bag to carry your valuables.
Remember to bring clothing and shoes suitable for the weather and the activity.

Ensure you do not wear shoes that are too loose as they may fall off during the activities, and be aware that your clothes may get dirty along the way.

Program:

17:00: We meet outside the entrance to the Climbing Park. Someone will be there from 16:45 to welcome you.
17:30: After instruction and putting on safety equipment, you are free to choose the courses you want. If you need a break, you can come down and sit by the entrance and have a cold soda/water and a sandwich until you're ready again.
21:00: We say thank you for the evening and wish you a safe trip home.

Note: If you have problems with registration, Luka Agerbo can be contacted at luka@ida.dk. If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration. In case of no-show without cancellation, a 'no-show fee' equivalent to the ticket price for the event will be charged. Cancellations can be made at www.ida.dk. In urgent cases, cancellations can be sent to luka@ida.dk or aau@ida.dk. We reserve the right to cancel the event if we do not receive a sufficient number of registrations.

Så kom med til en fantastisk dag i klatreparken, hvor vi skal prøve kræfter med spændende og udfordrende forhindringer i højden.
Du får mulighed for at klatre, balancere, hoppe, svæve og meget mere på de forskellige baner, der passer til alle aldre og niveauer. Du kan også nyde den smukke natur og den friske luft, mens du har det sjovt med dine venner.
Det bliver en dag, du sent vil glemme!

Så hvad er en klatrebane helt præcist?
"En klatrebane er en lang række af stålwirer spændt ud mellem trætoppene og med aktiviteter/forhindringer i mellem hver trætop. Aktiviteterne er stiger, stubbe, tov, net, balancebomme, rutchebaner, armgang, trapezer og meget, meget mere – ikke mindst masser af lange, sjove svævebaner! På hvert træ på banen er der en platform, der fører til den næste aktivitet." - Klatreparken Aalborg.

Praktisk information:

Billetprisen inkluderer entré til parken, instruktion, og forplejning (én sodavand + sandwich fra Fandanko pr. deltager). Venligst kontakt mig, hvis du har særlige kosthensyn.

Husk at medbringe tøj og sko, der passer til vejret og aktiviteten.

Løse genstande kan placeres ved siden af kiosken på eget ansvar. Vil man gerne have mobil/nøgler med sig, så sørg for at de ikke kan falde ud. Fx kan man anvende en bæltetaske til at medbringe sine værdigenstande.
Sørg for ikke at medbringe for løse sko da disse kan falde af undervejs, og vær opmærksom på at ens tøj kan blive beskidt undervejs.

Program:

17:00: Mødes vi ude foran indgangen til Klatreparken. Der vil være nogen allerede kl. 16:45 til at tage imod dig/jer.

17:30: Efter instruktion og påførelse af sikkerhedsudstyr er der fri leg til at vælge de baner man vil. Har man brug for en pause kan man efter at have afsluttet en bane komme ned og sidde ved indgangen og få sig en kold sodavand/vand og sandwich, indtil man er klar igen.

21:00: Siger vi tak for i aften og kom godt hjem
