IDA Private Sector: Job satisfaction event and General Meeting

Are you, or have you formerly been, employed in the private sector? Join IDA Private Sector for two webinars on the 16th and 17th of April - Our general assembly and an interesting talk about job satisfaction during these strange times.

We kick off the event on Friday afternoon when, together with Mikael Kamber and Morten Albæk, we focus on maintaining job satisfaction. How does collaboration and communication influence job satisfaction?

How do we create meaning in life, and how can working life and private life be combined?

On Saturday, Chairman of the Council of Employees, Morten Thiessen, will give an update on the work of the Council, and Director at IDA, Maria Rygaard, will present the current status of the labour market and IDA's member services. Finally, before the General Meeting, there will be an opportunity to look at IDA's new salary platform.

Friday's presentations will be carried out in two tracks – one in Danish and one in English, and Saturday's programme will be interpreted simultaneously into English through telephone interpretation if any participants want to use this service.

When & where

Friday's program starts at 15:30 and ends at 20:00. On Saturday we start up at 09:00 and finish at approx. 13:00.

The webinar takes place on Teams and all participants will receive a link to participate at least 10 days prior to the event.
