Rikke Helbo Kjær has been a part of eSteerings self-managed organization since 2018.
She is an eSteering Leader with 21 years of experience within Human Resources & business consultancy and had the opportunity to step into eSteering to explore the new ways of working and developing the business and people processes fit for the future.
Rikke har been very involved in the community and networks within new ways of working for several years and been a part of webinars, podcast and events communicating about eSteerings journey and experiences.
Vaishak Vasudev is currently spending his first rotation as a Danfoss Postgraduate in the self-managed organization in a technology development related project. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Innovation Management. His work experience is diverse and comes from both corporate and start-up environments with projects mainly associated with New Product Development and Digitalization. As he has written his Master’s thesis on eSteering’s version of Self-Managed Teams, he has been exposed to this method of organization for over eight months now.
