Power Pitching for engineers is regarded the enthusiastic student, who wants to be able to frame him og her self. You will gain practical experience about pitching yourself in front of friends, family and even maybe your future colleague or employer. The tools and models taught at the workshop, can also be used to pitch projects or ideas at examinations and project presentations.

What is the event about?
Get experience in how to respond during pitching, presentations and pressures.

During the workshop we will work with the following:

• How to prepare and prepare pitches of 30 seconds to 2 minute.
• Presentation of what you are doing and why your skills or business idea is unique, so your professors, friends or employers understand you.
• Understanding and appearance: How to use your voice and body language when presenting.

Learning Objectives
A participant who has fully met the course's goals will:

• Acquire experience with different models of how information can be pitched and presented.
• Obtain models that the participant may use to present any kind of information.
• Have an understanding of how to hook and catch the recipients attention within first 20 seconds.
• Formulate, complete and perform a series of pitches of 30 sec, 1 min and 2 min.
• Experience how the participant responds during piching, presentation and pressure.
• Get a greater understanding of body language and speech.
• To a greater extent understand their own skills and sales points important in sales and personal positioning.

The Speaker:

Mathias Bruhn

Since 2011 Mathias have worked to help people learn to communicate clearly through their personal charisma and power. Mathias makes use of the latest research and theory within human behavior, psychology and communication, and offers theories, tools and practices through individualized coaching, workshops and presentations.

Mathias is educated within Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and with his background as a Architectural Engineer from DTU, he worked with project management at Rambøll Denmark.
