Power electronics is an essential part of our every day life. It is the components that manage and control the electrical power that flows between generators, the electrical grid, and all of the appliances that use electrical energy to function.
Therefore, having efficient and reliable power electronics is of outmust importance to ensure a sustainable way of our modern living. These two key words are also what drives Frede Blaabjerg in his research - he e.g. plays an important role in the research center CORPE (Center of Reliable Power electronics).
He will be giving insight into his way of cooperating with people from many nationalities and cultures, as this is one of the main ways to keep up to date with the newest knowledge by sharing and discussing new ideas.
