Do you work with Lean & Six Sigma using MS-Excel and MS-Word? From this three hour go-home meeting you will gain knowledge of the newest software developments from Minitab® that will assist your project management, process mapping and data analysis.

Minitab® Ver. 19 provides software tools for statistical process control, exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, process mapping with SIPOC, C&E Matrix and FMEA. Companion® Ver. 05 for Windows provides additional tools for Six Sigma project management. These new software updates are now integrated with Microsoft Office, i.e. you can directly import / Export from Excel etc.

Jens Folke from Lean6Sigma will introduce the classic Six Sigma DMAIC Roadmap before Austin Davey from Minitab will will present recent developments in Minitab products – learn what’s new, and discover how to drive and digitalise your improvement projects and data analysis thanks to best practice methods combined with appropriate intuitive Software tools.

Minitab helps companies and institutions to spot trends, solve problems and discover valuable insights in data by delivering a comprehensive and best-in-class suite of statistical analysis and process improvement tools. This presentation will introduce all products, then particularly focus on Minitab 19 with a completely new and very user-friendly interface and Companion 5 for structuring, managing and reporting on projects. Examples will be based around the basic Six Sigma DMAIC Roadmap, introduced by Jens Folke from Lean6Sigma.
