How has technical innovations changed the wine world? Join IDA Aarhus for an informative and entertaining evening where we take you on a journey looking at how the use of new technologies in the last century have fundamentally changed the styles of wine available to consumers.
Janice Wang DipWSET from Aarhus University’s Department of Food Science and Domen Presern DipWSET will host a masterclass in technical innovations in winemaking. Participants will also learn to taste for different winemaking methods in a blind tasting setting. There will be biscuits and water accompanying the tasting.
