Cooking Class - Christmas Dinner
Join us for networking and cooking. We will be cooking a vegan Christmas dinner. CPH Cooking Class will guide us and be our host. They are located at Nyhavn.

Red Cabbage three ways – braised, pickled & salat, with pomegranate & walnuts

Approx. schedule:
17.00 Arrival and welcome
17.15 Introduction by our staff to the evening. Divide into groups and head into the kitchen
17.20 – 18.30 Cooking class – the group will make the various elements of meal together
18.30 Once all tasks are completed and dinner is ready we invite the group to the dining room for dinner.
19.30 Dessert is plated by the group and served with tea & coffee.
20.00 Enjoy drinks and hygge. Beverages available
21.00 End.
