Artificial intelligence and human bias

Artificial intelligence and human bias
What is bias in artificial intelligence? How do you use artificial intelligence to remove human bias and increase diversity? And why is it even important to be conscious about human bias and social stereotypes when you develop new technology?

This event is hosted as a zoom webinar.

The future of society will be shaped to a large degree by the technology, we develop. But human bias has a way to creep into our technology. How do we make sure that new technology is not biased against specific gender, skin color or minority groups? Understanding bias and taking diversity into account are keys to responsible development of future technologies. Furthermore, we can actually use artificial intelligence to help us navigate around social stereotypes and the unconscious bias that we all have as human beings but may not be aware of.

Join us for an interesting talk about artificial intelligence, diversity, and human bias. The start-up Develop Diverse will shed light on how they developed a software tool that use artificial intelligence to remove unconscious bias and increase diversity in recruitment processes.
