The second group of candidates have almost finished their participation, and we are once again looking for talented and motivated candidates to take part in the academy.
The academy is free of charge for the candidates, and each candidate will receive:
- Education in the Danish labour market, work culture, job search and application processes, as well as project management.
- A twelve-week internship in one of our partner companies in order to strengthen the candidate’s network and experience, as well as create value for Danish engineering and technology companies.
- A volunteer career mentor for six months, who holds a similar academic background to the candidate, and lives or work in the local area.
During the first two rounds of the academy, 27 candidates landed relevant internships in companies such as DONG, Grundfos, NIRAS and Oticon.
The four-month competence programme is designed to give engineers, IT and natural science professionals with a refugee background new competencies and an entry into the Danish labour market. Please read our information leaflet for more information, before applying below.
